Your Career. Our Passion.
When you register with Stetson, your individual needs as a candidate become our number one priority.
We believe a successful recruitment process depends upon the consultant taking the time to fully understand their candidates,
their aspirations and their motivations – both personal and professional.
Honesty and integrity mean everything to us, so if we say we’re going to do something, we do it.
And if we can’t help you, we’ll refer you to someone who can.
That’s how we build long-term relationships with our candidates based on mutual trust and respect.
Preparation
Whether you’re entering the job market, looking to take the next step or fancy a career change, we’re here to help.
Some recruiters will simply skim your CV, roughly match you to an advertised position and put you forward for the role. This is usually a waste of time for all concerned. At Stetson, we run CV clinics to ensure you’re presenting the best version of yourself to employers; we’ll also work with you to make sure your social media profiles are up to scratch. Thorough preparation is key, so we provide a comprehensive list of services before your job search begins…
Recruitment
Once we’ve matched you to a role, we’ll remain in close contact to ensure you land the job and find your perfect fit.
Whether you need to brush up on some interview techniques or require some business / industry insight to help you stand out from the crowd, we’re here to support you with expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process. And when there’s an offer on the table, we’ll work with you to ensure you receive the employment package you’re looking for.
Aftercare
How many times have you been offered a job then dropped like a hot stone by the recruiter as soon as you've accepted?
Chances are they’ve taken their fee and moved onto the next candidate. At Steston, we do things differently. Not only will we help you review and negotiate your contract, we’ll also advise you on career progression, settling in and passing your probation period, and in the worst case, offer advice on how to handle disciplinary action. We’re also here for post-termination support in the unlikely event that the role simply doesn’t work out or you’re facing the prospect of redundancy.
